We’ve got 6 rotating beers on tap and 2 bottles to satisfy those who are looking for the one drink that’s never let you down (forget the nights where you indulged too much). Not a beer drinker? We’ve got the Embark Old Marauder Hard Cider, too!

Firestone Nitro Merlin Milk Stout
ABV: 5.5%
IBU: 27
Flavor Profile: Firestone took their Velvet Merlin, added lactose (milk sugar) and created this Nitro Merlin Milk Stout. The result is a dark, roasty beer with mellow sweetness and “roundness” of the body. Think of it as being similar to adding cream to a cup of dark roast coffee. Making this a “nitro” beer means a thicker foam head and creamier mouthfeel.
Victory Prima Pils
ABV: 5.3%
IBU: 44
Flavor Profile: Heaps of hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.
Anderson Valley Briney Melon Gose
ABV: 4.2%
IBU: 15
Flavor Profile: Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.
Lagunitas IPA
ABV: 6.2%
IBU: 51.5
Flavor Profile: A well-rounded, highly drinkable IPA. The addition of caramel malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the bitterness of the hops.
Community Beer Works The Whale
ABV: 5.9%
IBU: N/A
Flavor Profile: The Whale is a smooth yet complex beer, packed with flavor yet easy to drink. Layered with distinctive English brown malt and two types of chocolate malt, expect aromas and flavors of coffee, chocolate and a surprisingly deep roast.
Allagash White
ABV: 5.1%
IBU: 28
Flavor Profile: Brewed with a generous amount of wheat, spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer offers a fruity and refreshing finish. This is Allagash’s take on a traditional Belgian Wheat beer and has a slightly cloudy finish.
Coors “Banquet”
ABV: 5%
IBU: 6
Flavor Profile: Brewed with water, barley, yeast and hops, this beer goes great with just about any food, especially tacos. Not until recently was Coors Banquet made available to the East Coast and we knew we had to make it apart of our bottled beer offering.
Bohemia Clasica
ABV: 4.7%
IBU: N/A
Flavor Profile: Bohemia takes it’s name from the Czech region. It is a pale pilsner with a crisp finish and is the only other bottled beer option at the Taco Factory.
Embark Old Marauder
ABV: 7%
IBU: 0
Flavor Profile: Old Marauder combines attributes of McIntosh, Cortland, Ida Red and Jonagold apple varieties to create a hard cider that gives off crisp apple notes with a clean finish. Because it has no residual sugar, it complements a wide range of foods.
