Want something less basic than French fries? Then Cracked Potatoes are the way to go. We roast fingerling potatoes, deep fry them until super crispy, and toss them in a garlic-chili oil. Then they get topped with mayo and Ssamjang “crack” sauce, a Korean sauce which is made of fermented soy beans and chilis. We then sprinkle cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds and fried garlic crunchies.
