Chimi Sauce
In the wet hot summer of 2010, Pete and Chris started a taco truck. They evangelized the use of cabbage far and wide. When they came across non-believers, the power of this lime green glory brought them to the light. Meats were marinated, ordinary oils dumped and salads tasted better. People rejoiced.
