What You Will DO!

Functional Responsibilities:

Accurately follow food preparation processes, including cooking and grilling meats, chopping herbs, dicing, cutting and slicing vegetables, preparing guacamole, etc.
Monitoring food levels on the line and adjusting food preparation throughout day based on customer volume
Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards at all times
Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures.
Requirements

A high school diploma or GED
A valid state driver’s license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
One (1) year in a food service environment preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
