Pickled Red Onions
In the wet hot summer of 2010, Pete and Chris started a taco truck. They needed an accompaniment that paired perfectly with the savory meats in our tacos, burritos, and salads. Through experimentation and research, we discovered that pickling transforms raw red onions into something that is irresistibly tangy and crisp. They make almost EVERYTHING taste better.
